Jon Ewoniuk is the President and co-founder of Peak360 IT and is a Salesforce Certified Consultant. Involved in the Technology industry since 1998, his experience includes a broad range of software development, consulting, and senior business leadership positions. He has worked in a variety of industries including Communications, Media, Healthcare, and High Tech.
Prior to starting Peak360, Jon worked in leadership roles at Kaiser Permanente and CenturyLink where he led various software development and technology organizations.
He holds a B.S. Computer Science from the University of North Dakota, and resides in the Denver, CO area.
Involved in technology development and design since the early 2000's, his experience involves solutions development, project management, and leadership in Customer Engagement. With more than 15 years in the Contact Center Solutions space, he has delivered technology involving CRM - Desktop integration, CTI, multi-application reporting, Omni-Channel consulting, and mobile engagement.
He has held leadership roles in multiple large companies, to include CenturyLink, Wells Fargo, and Fidelity Investments. Chris has experience in the Communications, Financial Services and Government Sectors.
Chris has a M.S Degree in Information Technology Management from Colorado Technical University, and a B.S. Business Administration from West Liberty University in W.V. Chris currently resides in Denver, CO.
